I am so honored to be the National Ambassador for the American Heart Association's 'Go Red for Women Initiative.' Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women which is why it is so important to raise awareness to women's heart health. This movement depicts how critical it is for more women to participate in research, listen to their bodies and to prioritize their health.
My gratitude to so many for helping to get my story out to women about my emergency heart procedure - so that they can know more about their own heart health, recognize symptoms AND ACT on them!!! See my blog to hear about my experience.
